- 20 gm chopped onion
- 100 gm chili sauce

- 15 gm tamarind juice
- 10 gm black pepper
- 30 gm honey
- 10 gm paprika
- 5 gm Worcestershire sauce
- 20 gm mustard paste

1. Prepare the Chicken Marinade:
- In a bowl, combine the oil, crushed garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, mustard paste, and lemon juice. Mix well to form a marinade.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated.
- Let the chicken marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.
2. Preheat the Grill:
- Preheat your outdoor grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grill grate.
3. Grill the Chicken:
- Place the marinated chicken on the grill, skin-side down, and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Turn the chicken over, close the grill lid, and continue cooking.
- Baste the chicken with remaining barbecue sauce every 6 minutes.
