Crispy Potato Wedges Recipe
Potato wedges are thick slices of potato, often cut into wedge shapes and seasoned before baking or frying. They’re usually left with the skin on, giving them a hearty, rustic texture and appearance. Typically seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and herbs, they can be served as a side dish, snack, or appetizer. Unlike thinner French fries, potato wedges are chunkier, allowing for a soft, fluffy interior and a crispy, golden-brown exterior. They’re delicious served with dips like ketchup, sour cream, or aioli.
