Ingredients:

  • 5 grams oil
  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 5 grams spring onion, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper powder, to taste
  • Sugar, to taste (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Sauté the Aromatics:
    • Heat oil in a pot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté for about 3 minutes until softened and fragrant.
  2. Add the Vegetables:
    • Add diced carrots, long beans, cabbage, and sliced mushrooms to the pot. Sauté for an additional 5 minutes, or until the vegetables begin to soften.
  3. Simmer with Stock:
